An eyebrow wax with tint usually looks its best for a few weeks, but the wax and the tint do not fade together. The shape softens as new hair grows in, and the color lightens as brow hairs shed and skin renews. Here is how that tends to look over time.
Week by week
The first few days
The shape is crisp and the color is at its deepest. Any pinkness from waxing usually settles within hours. A tint can sit a little darker on the skin under the hairs at first, and that fades quickly.
Weeks two and three
Fine regrowth starts to blur the edges. The tint is still easy to see on the hairs, so brows look fuller even as the shape loosens.
Weeks four to six
Most people notice the outline has grown out. Color varies a lot with hair type, skin oil and how often you wash your face. That is the point where many people rebook.
Making it last longer
- Keep brows dry and free of makeup, steam and heavy sweating for the first day.
- Go easy with oils, cleansers and exfoliants on the brow area.
- Skip tweezing in between. Stray hairs are easier to shape at your next visit.
- Wear sunscreen, since sun can fade tint.

The combined service is 45 minutes and $55. Brow tint on its own is 30 minutes and $25. If you are already booked for a facial, a quicker wax and tint add-on is available. Tell us about any allergies or skin sensitivity before the tint goes on.
