Apply a cool compress or soothing aloe gel immediately to calm skin. Avoid heat (sauna, hot showers), heavy makeup, and exfoliation for 24–48 hours. After 48 hours gently exfoliate to prevent ingrown hairs and always use SPF to protect treated skin.
