How product pickup works
Product Pickup is a short, appointment-based visit to collect skincare items you've ordered or reserved for home use. The service is scheduled as a focused 15-minute stop; staff prepares the items ahead of your arrival so your time at the spa is minimal and centered on transferring products to you.
The pickup itself is practical rather than procedural: expect a brief confirmation, collection of your reserved items, and a fast hand-off. Because the service is priced at $0, the visit covers only the retrieval and transfer of products intended for use at home, not in-spa treatments.
Scheduling, duration and timing
Appointments are designed around a 15-minute window to suit busy schedules and suburban commutes. Radiance positions pickups for convenience before or after work and on weekends to accommodate commuters using I-435 and Metcalf corridors, as well as shoppers visiting nearby Oak Park Mall or the 79th Street retail strip.
Demand rises in January, August, September and December—holiday gift shopping and back-to-school restocks create quick-turn needs. Plan pickups around those months if possible; if you need a same-week slot during peak periods, call early to reserve a 15-minute window.
What to expect at pickup
When you arrive at our West 79th Street corridor location in south-central Overland Park, a staff member will confirm your reservation and hand over the prepared products. The process focuses on speed and accuracy so you can continue errands, commuting, or shopping nearby with minimal interruption.
Local seasonal patterns—hot, humid summers and cold winters—often influence how and when clients restock. Many customers pick up sun care and hydration items in summer, or gift and routine products in winter and early January, so keep seasonality in mind when planning your pickup.
