Get answers to common questions about Face Reality Acne Back Peel-Established Clients Only!.
This service is reserved for established Face Reality clients who have completed an initial consultation and treatment plan. New clients should schedule a Face Reality intake first to confirm suitability and skin readiness.
Treatments are scheduled bi-weekly to maximize progress and control breakouts. Your esthetician will recommend a course length based on severity, usually several sessions to achieve noticeable improvement.
The treatment includes a clinical peel application, extractions if needed, and calming serums. Sessions take focused steps to exfoliate, disinfect, and soothe — with minimal discomfort and professional aftercare guidance.
Downtime is typically minimal: expect redness, mild peeling, or flaking for a few days. Avoid sun exposure, vigorous exercise, and irritants. Your esthetician will provide precise post-care to reduce recovery time.
Follow your personalized home regimen: gentle cleansing, prescribed topical products, and daily SPF. Avoid harsh exfoliants and active ingredients not recommended by your esthetician to protect the peel's results.
Some clients notice reduced inflammation after the first session, but significant improvement typically appears after several bi-weekly treatments. Expect steady progress over weeks with adherence to in-clinic and home care.
