I was nervous for my laser appointment as I had never had any procedures done before but Anna made me feel at ease. Oh what a wonderful experience i have every time i enter Radiance!!! When i first came to Radiance i was super discouraged with my skin. I wasn’t confident in myself what so ever. I felt defeated, i had tried every possible option i could think of except to go somewhere professional. When i made my first appointment i was super excited but also nervous thinking this might not fix my skin issues. I got scheduled with Kristin she was so welcoming, offered me some lemon water and sat down and talked for a good while about what i want as a goal with my skin. I felt a whole weight of stress off my shoulder as we talked. She listened and recommended i do the Advanced Face Reality Acne treatment. My first session i felt more comfortable with my skin than i had in a very long time. I left with a smile and a goodie bag filled with all my new products i was going to start with my new skin routine. She told me how to do every step and gave me a packet of things i should start in cooperating into my diet pr taking out. I recently finished my 90 day treatment and i feel like a new person! so confident in my glowy skin now! Acne free! I have been beyond impressed with every session i come out of. Everyone who works here is so amazing i couldn’t thank them enough ESPECIALLY Kristin for her amazing facial treatments during my journey for clear beautiful skin. Tara has helped me create an easy low maintenance morning/evening routine for my skin care to help me maintain/improve my overall skin tone/health and minimize wrinkles and fine lines.
